THIS is JULY! Officially 111 deg in Las Vegas just over the hill from quaint little cottage.......
June beets in one pan and the other waiting for the spinach.....
July, swimmin weather............
fun summer salads daily but in July one cannot eat until 8pm if then...........

As always I love your posts. I miss my little cottage in the desert. I did come out in the middle May. That helped a little, but also reinforced how much I miss it. I'm sorry it didn't work out for me to meet you. Another time?
